Duties Performed:
? Facilitate submission of Performance instrument
? Do quality assurance
? Co-ordination of PMDS work shop
? Manage the performance
? Performance monitoring and assessment
? Establish in performance and learn culture in public service delivery
? Maintain good recordkeeping, filing and brief forward system
? Managing performance assessment
? Screening the incoming calls and transfer them to relevant person
? Keep and update the leave register for directorate
? Typing memos, presentation, letters and consolidation reports
? Record leaves applications
? Submitting leave forms from the register offices to be placed in their files
? Filing and retrieval of personnel files
? Arrange meetings, workshop, venues and catering
? Updating the senior managers diary on daily activities
? Manage the diary as well as receive and host visitors of the office
? Evaluate performance fairly and objective
