Show profile Hide profileI have worked at Ogilvy & Mather as an IT Administaror:Infrastructure from 2014-2015. Some of my responsibilities were to set up machines for new staff. Break-fix solutions for end users. Assisting with printers and faxes for the company. Overseeing cameras and tv's.
I am also working as a Help Desk Support and logging tickets via the Service Now system. I support the users with their machines manually or remotely ,meeting external suppliers for IT inventory.
