I am an experienced researcher and programme evaluator. I have skills in quantitative data analysis using Excel and SPSS, qualitative data analysis, and report writing.

I am currently employed as a Research and Metrics Officer at Marie Stopes South Africa, and I posses both research and programme evaluation skills. I have previously worked as a monitoring and evaluation officer at NACOSA, and a research consultant at mothers2mothers.
My research competencies include developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, developing monitoring and evaluation tools, developing data collection tools, data verification, implementing and facilitating programme evaluations, technical input into designing research initiatives, data analysis, and report writing.
Furthermore, I have a strong analytical mind, an eye for detail, I am goal orientated, determined, a team player, able to work with minimal supervision, motivated, a quick learner, and have good interpersonal and communication skills. I also have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and SPSS.
