Background:
I am a committed young professional in possession of a B.tech Degree in Human Resource Management and a Certified Individual Staffing Practitioner through the Federation of African Professional Staffing Organisations (APSO). I have advanced people and communication skills, I have deep interest in HR and I will be highly motivated when given the opportunity to gain more experience in my field of study.
I am was last employed as a Human Resources Officer (Trainee) within the Construction industry (Cort and Fred Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd), prior to that I was working as a Talent Sourcing Consultant at Legadima Personnel.

Why I chose Human Resource Management:
I am motivated by being of service to people hence I chose a profession that interlinks both corporate and service functions to people and the organisation. Whilst at Varsity I enjoyed Labour Relations and Business Management and this is the direction I would like to pursue in the future.
As a Talent Sourcing Consultant, I have built a considerable referral network to actively profile and hunt talent not readily available in the market.
As a Human Resource Officer I have been involved in HR Planning, Recruitment and Selection, HR Policy formulation and implementation, Employee Relations amongst other issues.
Goals/career aspiration:
My mid to long-term goal is learning, developing and growing professionally as an asset within your company.
I would like to further my studies by competing a Master's Degree, I am currently enrolled for a Post graduate Diploma in Labour Relations (NQF 8)
