I am a female graduate in the Human Resource Management field, with more than 3 years valid experience in Research, Recruitment, Selection and Terminations, Operations, Training and Development as well as Industrial Relations admin. I have completed my RPL Assessor Qualification at NQF Level 2. I am currently employed as an HR and Training Coordinator. I would really appreciate an opportunity to be exposed more in the working environment. I can easily adapt and have been assisting in the developing and reviewing of HRD Policies and Procedures, SOPs, HRD Strategy and the Workplace Skills Plan. I have been co-ordinating recruitment, selection and termination process as well as managing the implementation of skills development programmes and initiatives (internships, Learnerships, etc.) and liaising with the terms and conditions of the W&RSETA. I am very familiar with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Skills Development Act, 1997 (Act 97 of 1998), Skills Development Levies Act, 1999 (Act 9 of 1999) the South African Qualifications Authority Act, 1995 (Act 58 of 1995) (SAQA), Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations. I have chaired Disciplinary Hearings for ground level employees and resolve grievances for site employees. I am confident that my skills and knowledge that I have gained from my previous employers and tertiary education will contribute strongly to your organization. I am an incumbent who is fast and accurate and thrive under pressure and also determined and competent to the task at hand to be accomplished. In addition, I am an energetic, passionate, dedicated versatile and multi-skilled person who can contribute to the greater success of the company.
