I have fifteen years experience as a copywriter then Creative Director and six years as an Executive Creative Director for some of South Africa's most successful agencies. My interests have extended into managing various types of hackathons and makerthons for ad agencies, blue chip clients [Microsoft], the Innovation Hub for Wits University and two government departments. As a creative consultant I have developed bespoke creative events with a particular interest in maker culture within schools and as a means of bringing communities together to foster innovation - from social innovation to creative ways of using technology to generating ideas for community development.
