Over the past two decades, I have developed the skill of working with financial processes and to calculate very accurately and meticulously. I have (+) 25 years of experiences in Payroll, Finance, Human Resources and Employee Benefits in large corporate,retail and manufacturing, FMCG, civil / engineering and construction organisations. My payroll experience covers all aspects of payroll i.e. weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll, which has made me very versatile. I have an innate passion for this career which enables me to
remunerate employees of the organisation correctly and accurately and address any queries they may have to the best of my ability ensuring that they are satisfied. I have acquired excellent supervisory, team leading and people skills. I have also supervised, developed and trained staff of 3 payroll administrators. Furthermore, I have assisted with the financial year-end audit process by co-ordinating and aligning the processes between the finance and the payroll functions and also assisted with Human Resources administration and recruitment processes.
