I have extensive experience in human resource management, especially with regards to implementing HR processes across cross-functional departments. I have experience in working across various SETA's (MerSETA, Fp&mSETA, EtdpSETA and MictSETA), various bargaining councils (MEIBC, NTBC, NBCWPS) and dealing with employment practices internationally. I have successfully represented employers at both the CCMA, Labour Court and bargaining council dispute resolution meetings.
