4) Senior Production Supervisor 1994-1999
5) Senior Shopsteward (FAWU) 1994-1999
6) Production Manager 1999-2003
7) Production & Inventory Foreman 2004-2006
8) Factory/Production Manager 2006-2008
9) Farm Senior Production Manager 2008-current
10) Church leadership member and also involved in other community leadership roles.
