I have been working for the Primedia Group for more than 10 years and have been promoted at regular intervals during my career at the company. My biggest learning is that communication is the key to success.
I have been in supervisory / managerial positions since 2008 with direct and indirect reports. I believe that you uplift staff by giving them tools through coaching and mentoring, including on the job training. By doing this I have taught many staff how to become more empowered.
My passion is creating more effective systems and processes in the business environment. I believe that simplification & efficiency drives growth. These activities increased the bottom line of the business which is of paramount importance to the sustainability of any business.
I have a proven track record of career successes, supported by numerous promotions & additional responsibilities added to my deliverables. The success of the company is a prime focus for me. Through innovative new ideas I have supported growth within the business and at the same time I have developed my own career path at Primedia. I am a dependable team player: my skills & "CAN DO" attitude has played a large role in my success story.
In 2017 I received the additional responsibility to improve the Traffic and Production department for the company. I designed & implemented new processes in timing (pricing) and the tracking of time lines in a department which previously had very little adherence to time keeping.
My commitment to the company is to ensure at all times to provide better or updated alternatives to systems currently in place and maintaining standards of service beyond customer expectations. I am fully focused on operational excellence & for me customer is KING.
