Henry graduated in mining engineering from the Camborne School of Mines (University of Exeter) and in mineral process design from the Royal School of Mines (Imperial College). Henry has gained mining and metallurgical experience in Germany (iron and coal), Namibia (lead, zinc, vanadium and tin), Zimbabwe (gold, copper and nickel) and South Africa (gold and uranium).
