I am also a registered and qualified Social Worker having completed my degree at the University of Pretoria, having further studied at the Institute of Personnel management and the Graduate School of Business Leadership at the University of South Africa in General Management and Labour Relations.
My core skills encompasses standardisation and benchmarking, compensation and benefits management, quality management, business optimisation and labour legislation, in addition to general management.
I have hands-on experience in strategic planning and corporate policy implementation in the Mining, Ferro-Chrome and Construction industries both national and internationally, having worked on major construction projects in the D.R.C., South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Mozambique, Namibia and traveled in the course of business to India and Nepal.
