Ensure accurate and sufficient candidate-related documentation is available for use by Recruitment Officers
Printing and updating of Employee Reference Checks
Ensure filing is done on a daily basis
Order kitchen and stationery supplies monthly
Manage the order and cleanliness of the public areas of the Recruitment Centre
Requesting of SARS Reference number.
Sorting out documents in numerical order for Metrofile.
Knowledge of SAP HR
Organizing travel arrangements.
