The last contract on the N2 at Sir Lowry's Pass was the busiest road in the country and we had to do the traffic accommodation, it was a great success for the contract. I work many extra hours to the benefit of the company and its clients. I am able to work with anyone and to bring the very best out of an individual and make him into an essential team member. I also believe that the more you put into your work environment, the more you can get out of the men who work under you and I try to lead by example. I have thorough knowledge and experience in the construction field as well as with dealing with people in difficult situations. I have controlled very high profile projects and negotiated with people of all levels. I am computer literate and work on M S Word, Excel, Outlook Express and M S Project. I design on AutoCAD and Harvard Graphics, and I do all my planning, budget and stock control for the projects on the computer. I know that I can and would be an asset to your company in the future.
