Possessing a long history with an administrative role, I opted to contact you about the position currently available within your facility. Noted in my resume, I've worked for prominent businesses.
I'm capable of handling a "cocktail" of administrative management, reporting and overall duties, due to the requirements from each position held and the variety of companies I've worked for during the last 9 years. This will be a huge asset to you because I'm able to solve problems and view dilemmas from a variety of viewpoints.
Over the last several years, I've worked for small and large businesses handling set duties and "as needed projects that has ensured the departments I manage to have the right amount of inventory, supply chain and support. I have administered simple projects up to the most complex, ensuring that department needs are met.
As a hobby, I started photography and events planning to stimulate my creative side. I also enjoy painting and reading. To relax I enjoy taking walks with my 2 dogs and spending a day on the driving range. I am also studying part-time.
Over the past years, I've created and implemented new filing and procedure systems. This ensures better time management and work efficiency.
