I have 10 years' experience in the call centre environment and therefore come well equipped with an in depth knowledge of the challenges faced in such an environment and also of how they can be overcome. In my years working in a call centre, I have acquired both the knowledge and skill required to maintain an excellent level of performance within my team.
I have excellent written and verbal communication skills and also a confident and extroverted nature. As a team leader I have acquired the aptitude of both conflict resolution, as well as motivation of my team members. These, I feel, are vital in assisting to reach the full potential of both the individual and the team as a whole.
While I know that it is the role of a team leader to lead the team, I also believe it is important to be part of that team. I am extremely energetic, self-motivated and belief myself to be very sociable and approachable. I work well with others and am always ready to lend a helping hand.
I am currently living and working in Port Elizabeth, but would like to return to Cape Town. As a target driven, business minded individual, I am certain that I would be an asset to your organisation. If given the opportunity, I will prove myself to be a dedicated worker, able to take on every challenge with enthusiasm and fervour.
