Store Administrator at Woolworths I am an honest and reliable person who can work with anyone from different background, I have strong communication and customer service that I have learnt from Woolworths.
I have been working for Woolworths for 9 years now , I have started as a till operator, promoted to be PPC and I am currently working as a store admin.
As a store admin my duties include the following: 1. Schedule for staff 2. Compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports Both Finance and Hr reports. 3. Handling petty cash. 4. Capturing staff data e.g. nomination of beneficiary, death in service e.c.t 5. Ordering and receiving , creating requisitions. 6. Receiving floats , issue and capture them. 7. Log calls 8. Answering calls and transferring them in a professional manner 9. Arranging meetings, sending e-mails instructed by management or store manager.
