As an applied discipline in Psychology, Industrial Psychologists are attuned to the behaviours of employees in the workplace. I believe that all interventions need to directly correlate with the business strategy of an organisation. Therefore my aim is to provide business solutions that have a long-term, proactive focus targeted at achieving organisational goals.
