Passionate about Occupational Safety I am appalled by the total disregard certain employers have for their employees and/or for legal prescription. Implementing an effective safety program is not about spending hordes of money, it is simply egendering a proper culture throughout the organisation.

I believe that knowledge should be shared and have assisted numerous small underakings in their efforts to become "legally compliant". The only drawback is that I have to provide such assistance in my own time as my employer would take a dim view of me assisting outside entities during normal working hours.
