I started my career by obtaining a B.Com Honours Degree in Human Resource Management. My curious nature and passion for understanding human behavior lead me to obtain my Masters in Industrial Psychologyand become a registered Industrial Psychologist.I completed my internship at PwC and have 5years experience across the HR Value Chain where my passion developed for business, employees' human behaviour and how the two integrate.
