I am a 29 year old HR Officer with a Bachelors' Degree in Human Resources, which I obtained from the University of the Western Cape in 2007. I am seeking an opportunity to work for a progressive organisation committed to service delivery and aspire to making a positive contribution.
I have 7 years experience in the HR profession and have therefore acquired sound knowledge of HR administrative duties, Industrial relations, Recruitment and other practical experience during this time.
I have developed strong interpersonal relations with my colleagues and with every level of management. I am sure that my vibrant personality & excellent communications skills will contribute positively towards your organisation. I am a great team player who can also function autonomously and I am a dedicated, hardworking and goal-orientated individual who strives for excellence.
I believe that I have the required skills and experience needed to allow me to render an efficient and effective service to the HR Department and should I be successful in my application will remain committed and dedicated to my task as member of your team and would deem it a privilege to work for your organisation.
