> Learning: aspects associated with the increase of employee knowledge through basic awareness and education including managing bursary programs.
> Growth: aspects associated with the growth of employees skills: functional and technological through training initiatives.
> Development: aspects associated with the career development and advancement of employees including regular meetings with superiors on the growth of their employees as well as on-boarding in-house programs.
Sourcing Management - as part of the companies Talent Management strategies
> Recruitment, selection, placement and workforce planning against designated job profiles.
Employee Benefits
> Includes the administration management and overseeing of Pension, Provident, Group Risk, Funeral cover, Medical Aid, Allowances, Reimbursable allowances and other associated benefits.
> Liviero Group employer representative at Management Committee Meetings for the Provident fund.
Employee Relations
> Advisory role player on disciplinary and grievance matters including drafting charges and preparation for related matters.
> Representing the Company in Disciplinary hearings.
> Key contact in S189 retrenchments from the initial consultations, preparing the documents as well as concluded the retrenchment process.
Employment Equity
> Compiling of the Employment Equity reports for submission to the Department of Labour.
> Employment Equity Co-ordinator for Liviero Group including providing secretarial support to the committee, co-ordinating and monitoring activities, and facilitating EE communication to all employees within the Group.
Organisational Development
> Employee Wellness: Play an integral part of the OD Team in the review of employee wellbeing and creation of awareness around lifestyle health concerns, Implementing and compiling of the Wellnews news letters for distribution nationally through the business and gaining employee engagement around the monthly topics.
Payroll Administration
> Salaried payroll / administration: monthly administration and processing of salaried remuneration and benefits aligned to company policies and procedures.
HR Administration
> Involved in the implementation of HR processes, policies and procedures.
> Providing a key role in ensuring the Whistle Blowers Hotline calls are addressed and closed out with the relevant parties.
