• Assisting customers with support and queries
• Ensuring all targets are met accordingly to maintain quality service in conjunction with the company objectives
• Accurately logging all calls with detailed information on customer business system
• Bringing new business to the company
• Provide information about product and services to client
• Create initiatives to improve the relationship between the company and consumer
• Interacting with internal departments and the warehouse, whilst handling operative customer enquiries and complaints
• Provide daily reports to the supervisors, internal and external customers
• Resolving customer complains
