Les Holley appointed General Manager of OAASA
The Outdoor Advertising Association of South Africa (OAASA) has appointed Les Holley as their new general manager with effect from 1 February. Tony Davidson, the present GM, will still be involved, on a temporary basis, by assisting with minor administrative responsibilities.
