The Mantis Team is delighted to welcome Mr Paul Kavanagh as the new General Manager at The George in Lagos, Nigeria. Kavanagh brings exceptional knowledge and passion to the table and with a substantial background in the hospitality industry, makes him the perfect fit for The Lagos.
Mantis has also signed a very well-known South African Chef to join the team at The George. Les Murray has worked for Southern Sun group since 1983 and has been Executive Chef at some of their most iconic properties.
