Okuhle Media appoints new producer of Hectic Nine-9

Paula Wallace has been appointed Producer of the award winning tween program, Hectic Nine-9. Wallace previously worked on the show as a line producer and has now been handpicked by her team to lead the production and take Hectic Nine-9 to new levels.
