Spier restructures, gets new CEO

Vernon Davis, new CEO of Spier Group

Spier recently announced a structured integration of its businesses that will bring its various holdings in the wine and leisure industries under one umbrella organisation, to be known as the Spier Group. Vernon Davis, CEO of Winecorp, Spier's wine arm, will take over as CEO of the Spier Group while current CEO, Adrian Enthoven, will become chairman. The company's human resources, marketing, finance and administration departments will become a shared resource for the group.
