Dynamic Technologies and DotModus join forces

Dynamic Technologies, a software and technology group, has announced it has acquired a 51% shareholding in DotModus, a solutions-oriented data analytics specialist integration company, with a track record in machine learning and infrastructure.
"The acquisition by Dynamic Technologies will help us build on the quality of our products and service, while the infrastructure of the Dynamic Technologies group will assist us in acquiring and retaining talent as the business expands," says Thomas Fowler, managing director at DotModus.
