Jacaranda 94.2 flood relief effort

In the wake of the severe floods last week in Limpopo and Mpumalanga - leaving many dead and injured, and countless more homeless - Jacaranda 94.2, lead by Rian Heerden's Complimentary Breakfast Team and partnered with the Red Cross, are reaching out to lend a much-needed hand. Van Heerden has been asking all two million listeners to open their hearts and wallets to the thousands of families in desperate need. Listeners are urged to drop off non-perishable foods, blankets, clothes, sleeping bags and bottled water as soon as possible at the radio station's Samrand Avenue studio in Centurion; the Polokwane office at Hampton Court in Pierre Street, Brendor Park; or at the Nelspruit office next to the Jacaranda studio in the Emnotweni Casino.
