Hyde Park chic extends to new conference venue
Southern Sun Hyde Park's 132-room hotel will finally open end of October 2009. A four-star hotel, it adjoins the Hyde Park Shopping Centre, and two boardrooms and a function room will cater for executive business meetings and events. Apart from a 60-seater a la carte Bice Ristorante offering authentic Italian cuisine and incorporating Daruma Sushi & Tempura Bar, there will also be exclusive whiskey and cigar bars.
