Levi's Vintage Sundays begin in Joburg in May

Levis Vintage Sundays have changed Sunday night from wind down to get up and dance with the best local bands pumping out their home-grown sounds, countrywide and in the past five years there have been 160 shows all over the country - all of them totally free. Now the event is about to enter its sixth year in May, 2009, and the line-up is: 3 May - Karen Zoid, Josie Field, Laurie Levine; 10 May - Kwani Experience and Pops Mohamed, Tumi Molekane;17 May - 340ml: Bongeziwe, Apple Ann; and 24 May - Prime Circle: Shadow Club.
