Outdoor mag teams up with explorer

Veteran traveller Kingsley Holgate has been appointed Getaway’s Adventurer in Residence, allowing the magazine’s readers to share first hand in the bold undertakings of this larger-than-life explorer. When Holgate sets off at the end of April 2007 for The Outside Edge, a year-long expedition through 33 countries around Africa, senior Getaway journalist Don Pinnock will be there to share and record the adventure.
