Winnie sues Fair Lady
Winnie Madikizela-Mandela is sueing Fair Lady magazine for defamation over an article that appeared in the Feruary 2000 edition. Madikizela-Mandela is claiming R250 000 in damages. Fair Lady, who will be defending the action, said in court papers that the profile was based on truth, was fair comment and was written in the public interest.
