The 2012 Elle New Fresh Face Talent Search, held in partnership with Woolworths has announced that Port Elizabeth schoolgirl, Chloe Munton, is the winner. She will launch her modelling career with a portfolio and contract from Boss Models, clothes and make-up from Woolworths and the opportunity to star in the Woolworths 2012 winter and summer campaigns and in the April 2012 issue of Elle.
