HOSTAFRICA to expand cloud focus, following VPS Networks acquisition

At the start of December, with the backing of Concorde Industries, HOSTAFRICA Pty Ltd acquired VPS Networks Pty Ltd along with its employees, technical equipment and customers. The hosting provider is to strengthen its cloud focus after the acquisition given VPS Networks' expertise in cloud solutions and intends on expanding its reach in South Africa.

The only change in VPS Networks' service following the acquisition, will be that HOSTAFRICA will now handle the company's invoicing.
