Samsung recognised as a Top Employer

At the recent Top Employers annual Certification dinner, Samsung attained the prestigious Top Employer 2015 Certification, which recognises top employers through a stringent certification process evaluating internal HR policies and procedures.

The Top Employers endorsement is awarded to organisations that achieve the highest standards of excellence in employee conditions. The first step in the certification process is the HR Best Practices Survey, a comprehensive analysis of the company's Human Resources environment that has been conducted by the Top Employers Institute Headquarters in The Netherlands.
