Super Group to dispose of AutoZone
Super Group is to dispose of its subsidiary Partcorp Holdings Limited (AutoZone) to a consortium of investors led by RMB Corvest for a consideration of R435 million. Super Group holds 95% of AutoZone but prior to the disposal will acquire the remaining 5% held by Weirfield Investment Holding for R21.75 million.
