Cape PR company launches events division

Purple Pine Events, a division of Purple Pine PR, has been launched to specialise in events, ranging from small business functions to large corporate celebrations. It will be led by Liesl Vermeulen, who has been involved in the events industry, having recently worked for the Absa Cape Epic. She will be assisted by owners Gina Ganswyk and Peter Marx, who both have extensive years of experience in public relations and events.
