Glenmorangie, Ardbeg receive accolades at 11th World Whiskies Awards

Glenmorangie and Ardbeg received accolades for their respective whiskies at the 2017 World Whiskies Awards. Glenmorangie was awarded Best Highland Single Malt for its Glenmorangie Lasanta while Ardbeg received the Best Islay Single Malt award for its Ardbeg Corryvreckan.

The World Whiskies Awards was held for the 11th time, this year, and during the deliberation process more than 500 whiskies from 30 countries were blind tasted in three rounds by judges who include industry experts, whisky writers, and master distillers.
