Dis-Chem to provide customer service via WhatsApp

Customers of Dis-Chem can now receive self-help services and loyalty programme management via WhatsApp by sending 'Hi' to 0860 347 243 using Clickatell's chat commerce platform.

Dis-Chem will also use the channel to notify customers when their repeat medications are ready to be collected or delivered through 'Pack My Meds', Dis-Chem's online repeat medicine ordering platform.
