One Show aims to Right The Ratio

The One Club For Creativity's Right The Ratio Summit will be held in New York from 23 to 24 January 2020. The two-day summit is aimed at advancing workplace equality and fostering a more gender-balanced environment for agency decision-makers, in particular.

Its mission is to share ideas, insights, and solutions that can then be acted upon, from the corner office all the way to the intern pool. Right The Ratio is open exclusively for industry executives - male in particular - in a position to set actionable goals for their companies' structure. As such, there is a light screening process for prospective attendees.
