Clos Malverne releases two 2010 vintages
Clos Malverne Wine Estate has released two of its 2010 vintages the Cape Blend, Auret 2010 and Pinotage Reserve 2010. The ideal food partners for the Auret are beef fillet with pecorino potato croquettes and truffle jus, rich oxtail, Beef Wellington or malva pudding with spicy mandarin ice cream. It has a recommended retail price of R168 per bottle. The Pinotage Reserve goes well with decadent chocolate puddings, such as chocolate fondant and dark chocolate cheesecake. It has a recommended retail price of R148 per bottle.
