Cara-Lee Ruditzky is leaving Fairlady
Fairlady's fashion editor Cara-Lee Ruditzky is leaving her position to pursue her own brand ByCara.
Ruditzky felt she wasn't able to juggle both brands with ByCara demanding more attention. "We are thrilled for her and wish her all the best. We will not be replacing her, but using freelance fashion eds moving forward," says managing editor Crystal Matthews.
