hi there guys and girls got a situation here and id like to get every ones opinion so please reply and keep this subject going , cause im not gna leave this one lying down. the big corparations think they can just walk all over the public , well im taking a stand with a few of my friends , this is the issue i have :
hi about 2 weeks ago i bought the new milo cereal , and to my disgust
it tastes nuthing like milo at all!! so i went about calling the
customer helpline , i got an appology , and was told a regional manger
would get back to me shortly , after a few days no response i called
back again , ths time got through to a lady, very
rude she said quote " not our fault the product isnt to your likeing"
and got the fone droped in my ear. i then got hold of a rep who was
very helpful , who then got a manger to get hold of me. again the
person was not much help again stating that the product has been
tested before releasing it to public , however the more ppl i speak to
the more say it tastes like co-co pops. im not gona take this lying
down in the next few weeks ill be taking the matter further if i get
no response from nestle , id like documentation tht states that you
put enough milo in ur product for it to taste like milol!! this is a
freindly warning , but very serious one , so please dont make this any
harder than it should be. if there is no response i will update the
progress of my issue with nestle for all to see. ill also take your
product to get tested if no respnose.
also if you take a look on the box it states " the great taste of milo " how ever if you look at the ingrediants , it says no were that there is milo in that product. it states there is coco in , but thats not milo. i bought the product specialy , cause it was gna taste like milo , i wasted my money , and how many more people agree to that.
i dont know if any 1 remembers there was a co-co pops product it looked the same was in a greeny blue box. they have just changed the name and box , thts all!!!
i have posted this on hellopieter.com , i will be making blogs and forums all over the place to get this out to every one , if u feel the same , or not please say your say thanks
