marketing careers and interns for graduates
where to find that needed experience
Im a marketing graduate, I have my Btech in marketing management. I went for dozens of interviews, and have made it to the final rounds, but never get the job, because of lack of experience.
My goal is to get established within the marketing environment of the retail industry. My question is ..How do many companies expect graduates to get experience espescially those who have the DEGREES?..and what companies are the best to break into with regards to the retail industry?.
