where do you draw the line?
at what stage do you tell an abusive client to take a hike
we have a small wedding coordinating business that has been running for more than 5 years. i've recently come across a client who is verbally abusive and blatantly lies.
understandably, weddings are always emotional and has it's ups and downs, but like any other business there should be a point where you can draw the line?
we need some advice on this one
