Which social media monitoring tool to use??
Any advice on a good monitoring programme?
Social Media Monitoring programmes are springing up everywhere, and some with unbelievable prices.
I want to hear from people who have tried out various tools which they found the most useful for monitoring several accounts (without costing a fortune).
