Career change

I studied Btech Marketing and have been employed at a recruitment agency where i do permanent placement for almost three years.
I do not find satisfaction in chasing sales figures. And it doesnt pay the bills.

I have a big passion for human behaviour.
Could i study psychology and hope to get into the field at an older age? im 26 now.

I need to make a change. All advice will help. Thanks
