Bridex 2004 takes place at Gallagher Estate on 29 and 30 May in 2004, with Bridex Cape being launched at Cape Town International Conference Centre on 18 and 19 September this year.

The significant growth of Bridex since its launch in 2003 is reflected in the significant increase in marketing and advertising exposure for 2004, the ongoing sustainable contribution to development of young designers in South Africa through the Bridex Young Designer Award, and the adoption of a charity as beneficiary of proceeds from the Gala Evening.

The Bridex Young Designer Award for 2004 will be presented at a Gala Function which will be hosted by Gallagher Estate on Saturday, 29 May 2004. Tickets for this prestigious event are available from NichePro, and 100% of the profits generated will be donated to CHOC - the Childhood Cancer Foundation South Africa.

CHOC is a country wide voluntary organisation which brings together the parents of children who suffer from all varieties of cancer or life threatening blood disorders. First established in 1979, the goal of this dedicated group is to improve the welfare and quality of care for children with cancer.
