Oasys shows heart
In a recent show of social responsibility, Oasys Innovations sponsored the infrastructure and furniture for the annual Breast Cancer Association conference, which was held at the Sandton Convention centre.
Oasys Innovations Managing Director Brian Kennedy: “Our industry benefits from all the national and regional conferences and makes a living from organisations who host exhibitions and events. As entrepreneurs we must be more diligent in a show of hearts to assist benevolent organisations, such as the Cancer Association, in their efforts to do well to others. I believe there is room for our industry to become more involved in support of outreach programs.”
In October, Oasys Innovations facilitated a golf day for Vuka uKhanye Africa, a non-profit youth and empowerment group. The event raised R100, 000 for benevolence work in the south of Johannesburg.
